In Terms Of Gross Investment, Slovenia Is At The Tail End Of European Countries!

Another worrying figure: over a ten-year period (from 2012 to 2021), Slovenia has fallen to the tail end of European countries in terms of annual gross investment per capita.

Slovenia is plagued by a number of problems. The average citizen is worried about high prices, especially for food and energy, and unregulated healthcare. In addition, more and more citizens are also concerned about inadequate protection of water resources. Drinking water is a key commodity that will become even more important in the decades to come, and we are not sufficiently aware of this.

Other data, such as gross investment per capita per year, show that things are far from perfect. In this area, Slovenia is at the very bottom of the European ranking for the ten-year period between 2012 and 2021. Former socialist countries that were once far behind us in terms of development (the Czech Republic and Estonia) invest much more and can serve as an example to us.
