Tepina never called me, he never checked the information, he just writes what his wonderful sources serve him. Tepina does not write articles, he writes biased toxic spins of his sources,” says Rado Pezdir critically about 24ur editor Jure Tepina. 24ur is being transformed into a generator of fake news and works only for the benefit of the deep state, which is very disturbed that the Minister of the Interior stirred up a hornet’s nest. One of the deep state’s branches is the police – the National Bureau of Investigation (NPU) – that persistently avoids investigations of hot scandals such as IranGate. “Now comes this moment in Tepina’s work, which I have already warned about before: Tepina is an instrument in the hands of criminal investigators and prosecutors, who know very well that for whatever reason, they allowed key banking stories not to be investigated. But if Tepina can prove in favour of his sources from the NPU and the State Attorney’s Office that Pezdir is a part of the group and that he is lying in favour of the fascist government, then it is clear that criminals and prosecutors were not biased and corrupt, they were pursuing a political persecution.”

Slovenian economist, publicist and activist Rado Pezdir in his article on the Požareport portal titled “The case of journalist Tepina on 24ur or how the mechanism of generating fake news is revealed” revealed the vile behaviour of the aforementioned editor Tepina, who works mainly for the benefit of the deep state. Pezdir states that on 12 October, Tepina published on the 24ur.com website a news saying that Pezdir was part of a wider conspiracy of filing false criminal complaints against NPU criminal investigators as well as prosecutors in order to create conditions for their dismissal. Pezdir further writes that the same author published a note on the same website, according to which Pezdir was involved in a conspiracy, in which the cabinet of the current Prime Minister Janez Janša abused the SOVA intelligence agency through the Farrokh case, as he wanted new criminal complaints.

These criminal complaints allegedly enabled the government to prosecute both through the NPU and the prosecution. On 19 October 2020, the aforementioned 24ur editor issued a notice that the commission of inquiry, headed by Pezdir, had negligently processed the case of damaging NLB Interfinanz (for EUR 400 million), which allegedly proved that Pezdir is a part of a group that used fictitious allegations to create a reason for political persecution in various institutions. At the same time, Tepina accused Pezdir of insulting the state prosecutor Jaka Brezigar in order to discredit him politically. On 23 October 2020, Tepina once again mentioned Pezdir, this time in the process of proving a kind of conspiracy, as part of a group led by the Minister of the Interior Aleš Hojs and the Secretary of National Security Žan Mahnič.

On October 28, 2020, Tepina once again wrote about Pezdir repeating his claims that Pezdir is involved in the abuse of SOVA. At the same time, Tepina stated that the prosecution is closely monitoring media coverage, from which it is possible to detect abuses of institutions, which Hojs, Mahnič and Pezdir are tirelessly carrying out. “I do not know more about it, because I wrote this article on October 28, 2020, but I have no doubt that the saga of Rado Pezdir on the website of commercial television will continue.”

Tepina appears to be a superficial journalist who has greatly lowered his standards

Readers were able to form three hypotheses while reading the introduction. First hypothesis is that the author of the record is corrupt and hypocritical, as he is in collaboration with the fascists, co-creating a political tsunami under the pretext of fighting for the truth. Second one is that Tepina has lowered his professional standards as a result of Pezdir exposing him as a superficial journalist who avoids verifying his sources’ claims, thus Tepina is now hysterical and publicly slandering Pezdir. Finally, the third hypothesis is that Tepina is obsessed with the economist Pezdir, which is reflected in the pathologically enormous number of contributions, from which it can be concluded that the economist Pezdir poses the greatest threat to democracy in our country. At the same time, it is still worth checking out what is really happening on the websites of the commercial TV Pop TV under the tactic of Tepina.

From the multitude of published articles, the following can be concluded: in Slovenia we have an organized criminal group that has occupied the state institutions, and now, through false allegations and fictional examples, is trying to defend politically based purges in individual subsystems. In this context, the Farrokh case does not exist and is only an intentionally biased alibi intended for pogrom. Tepina believes that the NPU and the State Attorney’s Office cannot be blamed for the unsuccessful prosecution of the Iranian scheme, because it was just a case that was politically promoted and never proven. And in this context, the ultimate proof is the fact that the prosecution rejected the complaint of the already mentioned commission of inquiry in connection with the 400 million damage caused to NLB Interfinanz by Anže Logar and Pezdir. The conclusion is as follows: “Since it has been proven that Pezdir participated in the loose and superficial allegations of the commission, this also proves that the Farrokh case is exactly as prosecutor Brezigar claims – non-existent. And because it is non-existent in a legal sense, it exists only in a political sense, as a leverage for political purges. Of course, honest criminal investigators and police officers who came across the criminal activity of the fascist government are those being politically purged.”

The case upset one of the members of the commission so much he decided to take solo action

So let’s look at this 400 million damage case. When I read the article by editor Tepina about this matter, at first I did not understand what it was about, because I did not remember the case, let alone the criminal complaint. However, some of the information in the article allowed for a reconstruction. Namely, Tepina writes that the criminal complaint was sent to the court directly on 15 June 2018, and that it was so general that it did not have a documentary source in the interim and final report of the commission of inquiry, which were forwarded to the prosecutor’s office.” Pezdir reminds us that on 15 June 2018, the mandate of the commissions of inquiry had already expired and the presentation of the final report in Parliament took place at the end of April 2018, not to mention that elections were also held. “Strange isn’t it? But who sent this criminal complaint that is allegedly proving the politically motivated work of the commission of inquiry and consequently revealing that the Farrokh case was also falsified, to the court? Now it comes a real downer for Tepina.”

The case of 400 million damages to NLB Interfinanz appeared about a week before the presentation of the final report to Parliament. As time ran out, the experts, in agreement with the chairman of the commission of inquiry, decided that it would not be possible to investigate and analyze this case, given the time constraints. In other words, we have not even touched upon the matter and none of us has any idea what was in this documentation.” According to Pezdir, the case upset one of the members of the commission so much he decided to take solo action. This person processed the documentation by himself and also sent a criminal complaint to the court Pezdir does not know why he sent it to the court, but he did. This explains the prosecutor’s astonishment that they had received a criminal complaint that was completely unrelated to the interim and final report.

An upset member of the commission opted for solo action

“The investigation then continues, and with this toxic article Tepina poisons two unsuspecting leaders of the main news on Pop TV, who report that the allegations of the commission of inquiry are obviously professional nonsense with the aim of providing an alibi for political pogrom in the police and prosecution. As Tepina built on his conglomerate by stating how I insulted Prosecutor Brezigar, who showed that all Iranian transactions were in fact ordinary business transactions, a story appeared: they got and revealed me and the commission of inquiry! But as mentioned above, they only got the weird work of one of the members of the commission of inquiry (MP of course) and, ironically, they got the extremely poor journalistic work of editor Tepina.”

Something else also does not make sense. Tepina repeatedly identifies a group that abuses institutions for political pogrom. There are three main characters in this group (as follows from his articles): Hojs, Mahnič and Pezdir. But are we really a group? Let me say publicly and loudly what is known quite well outside the public space (also in journalistic circles): Pezdir and Hojs have about as good a relationship as Pezdir and Tepina – they do not have it – when they see each other, at best they avoid each other and at worst they insult each other. With the insult, the communication between us ended irreversibly. Want more? I cursed Hojs worse than prosecutor Brezigar, and there are many who know how wild everything was.” In addition to polite greetings in Parliament, Pezdir and Mahnič exchanged questions and answers at the Committee on Internal Policy and twice at the Commission for the Supervision of Intelligence and Security Services (Knovs). “How can I be part of a government conspiracy if I have no contact with anyone in the government, I am nowhere to be found and I am not doing anything?” Pezdir wonders.

How could an editor be so wrong that he connected people, who do not communicate with each other or do not even want to communicate with each other due to conflicts, to a group?”

But I understand that if you connect Pezdir with the fascist government, then it is clear that his comments in the Farrokh case are not serious professional comments, but a political lie served in a falsely professional way.” At the same time, Pezdir raises a key question, namely how could have the editor of the largest commercial television with a long journalistic career been so wrong that he attributed the work on the case to those who have nothing to do with it, attributed the criminal complaint to those who cannot even write criminal complaints, and in doing so deduced that if those who did not make this case (and indictment) did the Farrokh case, thus the latter is also a complete lie? “How could the same editor be so wrong that he connected people, who do not communicate with each other or do not even want to communicate with each other due to conflicts, to a group?” Pezdir wonders.

The economist also states that the long-time editor Tepina sometimes lectures on work in the journalism business, and that he explains that every information and claim must be verified. “He teaches it, but he does not do it. And that is weird, very weird. Had Tepina called and asked for information, he would have obtained it, but the avoided it, as he avoided impartially obtaining information that entered into the above-mentioned articles no less than the absolute truth. Tepina never called me, he never checked the information,

he just writes what his wonderful sources serve him. Tepina does not write articles, he writes biased toxic spins of his sources. But, yes, he lectures on how a professional journalism business works.”

Let me also add that after six months of manic writing about how I lie about the Farrokh case, Tepina still has not made a call to Parliament

Let me also add that after six months of manic writing about how I lie about the Farrokh case, Tepina still has not made a call to Parliament asking to see part of the documentation showing that Iranian business transactions were not normal as they are justified on forged business documents.” Pezdir also says that if Tepina had made this inquiry, he would have done his job as a professional journalist, but at the same time his story would have started to fall apart, as it would have come to light that the prosecution did not do its job properly.

Why Jure Tepina does not pick up the phone and check the information of his sources? Why does he ignore the existence of documentation that contradict what his sources claim? The answer is simple. Because it is more effective to push the agenda of his sources to the public, which is as follows: in the case of the banking crime and the Iranian money laundering, appropriate epilogues have been reached and all other allegations are in the domain of the government’s pogrom against the NPU and the prosecution.” At the same time, Pezdir is still wondering what the motive for this pogrom is and whether the government really wants to stop honest criminal investigators and prosecutors who are just about to start prosecuting the crime of this government. “And the role of Pezdir? According to Tepina’s construct, I am Hojs’ whore.”

Tepina is an instrument in the hands of criminal investigators and prosecutors

Now comes this moment in Tepina’s work, which I have already warned about before: Tepina is an instrument in the hands of criminal investigators and prosecutors, who know very well that for whatever reason, they allowed key banking stories not to be investigated. But if Tepina can prove in favour of his sources from the NPU and the State Attorney’s Office that Pezdir is a part of the group and that he is lying in favour of the fascist government, then it is clear that criminals and prosecutors were not biased and corrupt, but were pursuing political persecution.” According to Pezdir, it would be wrong to conclude that Tepina is doing journalistic work, as he is clearly failing to collect and report on all available information or engage in the process of checking the bias of the information of his sources. Paradoxically, with his poor journalistic work, he tried to prove that I have a hidden agenda, but instead, it was revealed that he is the one with a hidden agenda.

But do not think that these matters are innocent and in the domain of settlements between Tepina and Pezdir, far from it. Some time ago, Tepina publicly called on the NPU and the prosecution to report me, but now he has publicly repeated the threat when he published the prosecution’s reaction to his hypothesis that I am part of a conspiracy that abused SOVA and was revealed by Knovs. But is this a problem that the prosecution should solve according to Tepina on the 24ur.si website? Let Knovs question me as the prosecution implicitly suggests. And what will happen after it is revealed that Tepina wrote a deliberately biased “bullshit” just to get me into investigation and jail and relativize the truth in the Farrokh case? ”

“Is it okay, dear Slovenian media, for an editor to deliberately publish unverified, biased and fabricated claims?”

At the same time, Pezdir addresses the readers, saying that he hopes that they understand that an interesting group and their special mechanism of action are being revealed to them. “Have you ever heard of a bigger media abuse? “Is it okay, dear Slovenian media, for an editor to deliberately publish unverified, biased and fabricated claims just to encourage the State Attorney’s Office and the NPU to imprison someone? To encourage, how bizarre, his sources to put someone in prison.” At the same time, the economist wonders whether it is not an obvious irony that it is encouraged that the investigation in the Farrokh case turns from the Iranians and their Slovenian aides to the one who re-discovered and investigated this hidden case?

Is it normal that the truth in the Farrokh case is obscured by a thick layer of lies just so that the criminal group maintains its positions? Is this morally justifiable just because the media is at war with the government and the truth about the Iranian scheme must be politically raped in the name of that war? ” Pezdir also wonders if it is normal for him to be deliberately dragged into a relationship with people with whom he has nothing to do only to disqualify the embarrassing truth about the Iranian money laundering in the NLB? “Is it normal that all the rest of the media and the interested public have agreed with the hypothesis that I could be the collateral of your conflict with the government? Why cannot you deal with your conflicts alone and who the f**k are you to throw me under the bus as a collateral victim? F**k you.

Editors of Slovenian media, thank you. I’m your collateral, aren’t I?

Unfortunately, according to Pezdir’s observation, Tepina’s truth is worth only as much as is the strength of the media house where he publishes versus the strength of the media house where Pezdir publishes. To his dismay, Pezdir can only disaggregate the plot of Tepina’s friends and publish it on this portal. “Editors of Slovenian media, thank you. Special thanks to those who know my role in the Farrokh case, my role today, and who have seen the truth. I’m your collateral, aren’t I?”

At the same time, Pezdir believes that Tepina now has a serious problem. “For his sources, that is, honest criminal investigators and prosecutors, he has become an obligation and has long ceased to be their means. There are two reasons, firstly he builds constructs very unwisely, as they can be unmasked immediately, and secondly, he is not exactly discreet in his work with sources, even worse, he is very careless. As a result, it did not take long for me to identify you all. Yes, read it again, I know who you are, what you want and what your steps are. This is very, very bad for you. But I suggest you finally find your balls and stop hiding behind Tepina. You know where you get me, come on, I will wait for you alone. Do you understand? I don’t hide behind anyone, least of all behind the fantastic groups you try to attribute me to. I’ll wait for you alone! Just come.”
