A hospitality bill that has recently been sent into public consultation brings stricter rules for leasing flats and houses to tourists on platform such as Airbnb.

Over 9,700 pieces of real estate in Slovenia were advertised on Airbnb in 2019, generating EUR 66.5 million in revenue.
