The famous Kos family from the Carinthia region is once again playing a prominent role ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections. This time, they are part of a triangle that involves the most successful commercial television station in Slovenia, POP TV, the latest “new party” of the left, Gibanje Svoboda (the Freedom Movement), and the Institute of the 8th of March (Inštitut 8. marec), a satellite non-governmental organisation of the transitional left. Tjaša Slokar Kos has been the “Cappo di banda” of the news show 24ur on POP TV for a long time now. Mojca Kert, the ex-wife of Miran Kos, who is the brother of Drago and Marta Kos, is running on the list of the Freedom Movement. And in addition, the former ambassador to Germany and Switzerland is already presenting herself as a possible candidate for the position of minister of foreign affairs in the new left-wing transitional government, provided that they win the elections on the 24th of April. And a bit unexpectedly, Andraž Kos, an activist of the Institute of the 8th of March, revealed himself as the connecting link between the Freedom Movement and POP TV, albeit he did it a bit unintentionally, by posing with other members of the Institute of the 8th of March in front of the New Slovenia party (Nova Slovenija – NSi) promotional bus.

There is a well-known saying in Slovenia that in our country, everyone knows everyone. And according to that, we could say, as a bit of a joke, that we could move all Slovenians to Manhattan – one part of New York. And for a long time now, the Kos family from the Carinthia region has been playing a prominent role in the political arena in the spheres of the transitional left. One of the most important operatives from the family is Drago Kos, former Chairman of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption and now the majority owner of the company R.U.R., together with the minority owner Stanoj Dodić. On the website E-bonitete, which offers an insight into financial and business data of individual companies, you can see that Kos’s company has a credit rating of 3. Among other things, the website also says that the relative lack of own resources of the company results in a fairly high degree of dependence of operations on foreign sources of financing. Due to the relative amount of receivables in relation to generated revenues, the credit exposure is very high. The rate of return on assets, measured by operating results, is negative. Perhaps Drago Kos has already sent one million euros from the then-deal with the bank Nova ljubljanska banka (NLB), about which several Slovenian media reported at the time.

Kos’s family is also part of the energy sector
Female representatives also play a prominent role in the Kos family. Drago Kos’s current partner, Tjaša Slokar Kos, is the long-time boss of the news show 24ur on the largest commercial television station, POP TV. In the last decade, they have created “new faces” (Zoran Janković, Alenka Bratušek, Miro Cerar, Marjan Šarec) with the so-called curated messages. They are now trying to be at least the relative winner of the upcoming parliamentary elections with the Gibanje Svoboda party (the Freedom Movement) under the leadership of the former long-time President of the Management Board of the state-owned energy company GEN-I, Dr Robert Golob, who was recently given the nickname electricity oligarch due to his illegal million-dollar salaries and awards. And we must not forget about Marta Kos, who is already being presented by Golob’s party as the successor of the current Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Anže Logar. Drago Kos’s sister was also a member of Milan Kučan’s Forum 21 in the past. Some people have also said that she was allegedly removed from her post of ambassador to Switzerland by “innocent parties” that she supposedly organised in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Mojca Kert, the former wife of Miran Kos, who is Drago and Marta Kos’s brother, will also run on the list of Golob’s Freedom Movement. In fact, she is another person connected to Borut Jamnik. Just look at her career, and you will quickly realise that Jamnik managed to put another one of his candidates on Golob’s list. However, the media outlet Prava noticed a furious reaction from supporters of Robert Golob’s party when they learned that Kert would represent the party in question in their constituency. In the past, our media outlet, Nova24TV, has already revealed the deals of the company Star solar, owned by Robert Golob’s wife, Janja Golob Nemec, with the state-owned Borzen company. And in the past, Kert was a member and also the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the state company in question. Now she is employed in one of the senior positions in GEN-I.

Drago Kos’s son is an activist of the Institute of the 8th of March
The mainstream media, owned by the parallel mechanism, often present the Institute of the 8th of March NGO as the defender of freedom from the “end of democracy,” which the current government is supposedly implementing. But we all know that that is not true, as people are still as free as they have always been to express their opinions. However, it is true that Ljubljana’s bourgeois elite, supported by the caviar mentality of the left, imagines that they are above the law. Both Friday’s political cyclists, led by Jaša Jenull, as well as the activists led by Nika Kovač, do not care about the simple laws regarding event registration and the implementation of political campaigns. We have already revealed that Kovač is just another satellite of the Left party (Levica), as she was (or rather, still is) in a relationship with the secretary of the Left’s parliamentary group and the central godfather from the background of this party, Matej Kelenc. It has also been revealed that Nika Kovač’s activists are being funded by the infamous American organisation Planned Parenthood.

As it turns out, even the Institute of the 8th of March cannot do without representatives of the Kos family. Thus, in one photo on the Facebook page of the institute in question, we noticed Andraž Kos, the son of Drago Kos. IN an article entitled “Kos, The Persistent Fighter Against Corruption,” published in the Dnevnik newspaper on the 8th of March 2007, it is written that Andraž Kos is the son of Drago Kos and his former partner, Katjuša Kodela – Kos.

And thus, the triangle is closed. All three, POP TV, the Freedom Movement, and the Institute of the 8th of March, are literally mocking the Slovenian public and believe it to be a fool, claiming that all three are acting independently. We can agree that they are independent, but they all have the same political goal of getting Golob’s party in power in the upcoming parliamentary elections. Well, children of the parallel mechanism such as Andraž Kos, Nika Kovač, Jaša Jenull, Luka Goršek and others, are convinced that they must protect the privileges of their parents so that they can continue to enjoy them themselves. The panic ahead of the upcoming elections is, therefore, more severe than ever.
