In Slovenia, we have a person who is simply pushing herself to be the President of the Republic. Nataša Pirc Musar usually appears in connection with legal issues and is often wrong. She also appears in connection with public information, where, especially during the epidemic, she often approved those who tried to prevent the implementation of antiviral measures with various exercises. According to the public opinion polls, she was ranked first or second even before the submission of candidacies. What is happening and how they measure this opinion is always a puzzle, because we are getting reports from different places that the collection of signatures is not going well. The photos show that her stalls are lonely.
By force for the director of RTV
I remember with disgust the candidacy of this same lady who wanted to become the director of Radio television Slovenija years ago. She was not confirmed at first, so they put another candidate in that position. Since she did not achieve her goal, she (I think in a settlement) collected a dizzying seventy thousand euros for the sake of peace. And this from the funds of the mandatory contribution. An incredible amount if we walk through the tables of damages awarded for a multitude of wrongful trials and even prison sentences. In any case, the way this lady works and the fact that she is also successful speaks of her privilege. The first class wants to be the first in the country and is convincing the voters to put her on the throne. It is my deep conviction that a human who divides people cannot be the president of all citizens.
Intrusive favouritism and attendance at Bled Strategic Forum
It is not known how and by which routes Nataša Pirc Musar made her way to this year’s Bled Strategic Forum. Did someone invite her, or did she just walk in there by herself? Both are bad and extremely arrogant, and as a result extremely harmful. If she has a political guide who is opening doors for her and favouring her over others who also want to run for the same office, surely someone should have fun with that. Giving preference to one candidate reeks of political corruption and abuse of the position of the one who has the power to decide. Since this also means biased assistance and the exclusion of all others, it is undoubtedly also an illegal gain of benefits. This is not directly material, but it is a benefit. And the law also talks about it. In previous years, when she was not yet preparing for candidacy, I did not see her there.
Nataša Pirc Musar is known for her intrusive sharing of teachings and advice. This in itself would not be a problem if it were not intrusively quoted by the mainstream media. Also, Nataša Pirc Musar was the only one who managed to “convince” Tatjana Bobnar to post the address on the administrative units, where the signatories should send the support forms after verification. The publication of these addresses would also not be a problem if this were the case for everyone who wants to file a candidacy for the presidency. Minister Bobnar approved this request of Musar and called on the administrative units to fulfil the wishes of the lady who would like to become our President. It would probably be fair and right to invite the other candidates to forward their addresses as well. But they did not, because favouring one candidate is ahead of the interest of others?! Some lawyers claim that this is illegal and even a violation of the constitution, as it is unequal treatment. I agree.
If you have a pushy nature, you would be like that as a President
Nataša Pirc Musar also showed her intolerance towards certain things and her rivals in previous confrontations. This is what her potential opponent, Nina Krajnik, who is also a psychoanalyst, characterised her as. My view at the time was that there was not much left for Musar to jump in the hair of her competitor on the spot. However, in the same ferocity, she denied her aggression and aggressiveness.
Nataša Pirc Musar’s fighting spirit is not welcome even in the role of supreme commander of the armed forces, who the President of the Republic is. It is difficult to imagine a layman, Marjan Šarec, as the Minister of Defence, and the President of the Republic, Nataša Pirc Musar, as the head of the Slovenian Armed Forces. Slovenia simply does not deserve this.
Nataša Pirc Musar lies on top of everything. If we throw everything previously written over the shoulder and say that she will already somehow adapt to the representation of the country and the role of commander-in-chief, we cannot ignore the fact that this lady is lying. This is the hardest thing to get rid of. If at all possible. Musar was asked about the meeting between her husband Aleš Musar and the representative of Odlazek’s media empire, Tomaž Vesel. At first, she assured that she knew nothing about it. Well, on another occasion she admitted (or denied) that it was her idea. In addition to the lie, the problem is that she tried to favour herself once again. This time in the media.
In addition to everything else, Nataša Pirc Musar is constantly involved in the organisation and programming policy of RTV Slovenia. She has been emphasising and repeating for a long time that the situation on this medium is unsustainable and that political interference must be stopped there. With this, she took the side of those who are dissatisfied there and often protest but ignores those who are satisfied there and welcome the personnel and organisational changes. The attitude towards this issue is definitely not presidentially wise. Repeating the expression of a biased opinion as a presidential candidate is not only harmful but also stupid.
The President of the Republic represents the country and, by virtue of his position, is the highest moral authority in the country. This also comes from the fact that s/he is elected directly. In her previous work and several performances, Musar has proven that she is no match for this position. She could save at least a little bit of her honour if she took the same path as her recent competitor, Marta Kos from Gibanje Svoboda party, who, nevertheless, realised that she was unfit for this high office due to many burdens from the past. Not only because of herself, but also because of her husband Aleš Musar’s lifestyle and many suspicious business dealings. The media have written about them several times, but she herself has revealed that she is also involved in the ownership and thus the business.
After more than thirty years of existence as an independent country, Slovenia deserves a decent president who will build on the efforts of Borut Pahor. Considering her past and current performance, Musar definitely does not meet this criterion. Abandoning her intention to run would be the only right decision for her and for all of us. Unfortunately, the intrusive character of this lying lady does not yet promise any step for the common good at this moment. Perhaps she could only be the president of the eternal communist Milan Kučan and Danilo Türk, who described the post-war massacres as secondary topics. Both voiced their shameful support for her. Considering the flirting with Nika Kovač, Nataša Pirc would also be her puppet, like Robert Golob’s government. This is also why her possible formal candidacy would be an embarrassment.
