To tell the truth, quite a few of my political competitors, including Damir Črnčec (former adviser to Marjan Šarec and head of military intelligence and head of SOVA during the Janša governments), disappointed me by changing political views. Damir Črnčec (hereinafter Spy Muri) is one of them.
It is not my habit to settle accounts publicly with former colleagues who are obviously on different political frequencies (quite a few of them), but if they start attacking me publicly, of course I will not remain indebted to them.
Two days ago, an affair broke out over the sending of ammunition, especially threatening letters to politicians, on which gallows and ammunition were drawn. So, a clear message, we will hang you or shoot you. I also received such an anonymous letter.
The sender is said to be Teodor Goznikar from Celje. Whether this is true or not, I do not know, this will be decided by the courts. I will return to it below.
My acquaintance with Spy Muri
I personally met Spy Muri in 2012, when I was the Minister of the Interior, and he was the head of SOVA. He showed up at least once or twice a week in my office and praised the work of the police and the Ministry of the Interior, but it soon became clear to me that he was playing a double game, he told me one thing and Janez Janša something else. I became much more attentive to his praise, when one evening, I think that at the end of 2012, the police received two phone calls from the same phone number, then TUŠ mobile, bought in Celje. One time a man called and the second time a woman. However, they both said the same thing, namely that they saw a man on Kotnikova street in Ljubljana who threw some bottles into a bush (there was a construction site there at the time). And indeed, the police found “Molotov cocktails” there. These are bottles filled with gasoline, clogged with fabric, and when you light that cork from the fabric and throw the bottle away, the object of attack starts to burn, of course. Subsequent investigation revealed that this phone and this number were used only for these two calls and then both the phone and the number, or SIM card, were apparently discarded or destroyed. These are methods used by criminals or even some intelligence service that wants to manipulate. Police never identified any of the callers. My communication with Spy Muri, however, was reduced to a minimum.
Do you still remember how Spy Muri organised and monitored the departure of Janez Janša to prison in June 2014? He stood fearlessly right next to him so that the MPs or the oldest members of the SDS did not come even close. He also organised rallies in support of Janez Janša before the court in Ljubljana, but then disappeared one day and began publishing extremely offensive and insulting texts against both Janez Janša and the SDS party. It was clear that he had moved politically to Marjan Šarec.
One day, I think in 2015 or 2016, when he was already the dean of the Faculty of State and European Studies in Kranj, I called him and suggested a meeting. I wanted to clarify what happened, that he radically changed his views on Janez Janša and the SDS. He sublimely replied to me that he could get along, but only if the topic of conversation would be his leadership of the faculty. I gave up thinking of meeting him. However, he started attacking me, especially on his TW profile. I never responded to the attacks, I only privately suggested on his TW profile that he stop the attacks, otherwise I would be forced to react. The last time I sent him such a message was on February 3rd, 2022, when he attacked me again.
Lies and manipulations of Spy Muri
The day after the media reported on Teodor Goznikar, Spy Muri did his dirty, incorrect, and false work. Three days ago, he connected me with Teodor Goznikar. Wondering how? In 2018, I published an article on my website vinkogorenak.net on the results of the parliamentary elections and, of course, criticised the injustice of the proportional system, which excludes those with more votes and leaves those with fewer votes in the National Assembly. All citizens can comment on my contributions. At that time, Teodor Goznikar commented on the fact that in a referendum in 1996 we voted for a majority electoral system, and I replied that in 2001 the coalition overcame the popular will and changed the constitution. You can see the communication below.
Goznikar: “Yes, it will be difficult with the majority system as I doubt that with this convocation, he manages to get 60 votes for a constitutional amendment.
But were we Slovenes not in a referendum in 1996 where we decided for a majority electoral system? Why did the National Assembly then legislate proportional?
Gorenak: Because the deputies of the LDS, SD, DESUS, and SLS played the people’s role.
Well, you saw. Because of this text, I am connected with Teodor Goznikar. The deceitful, evil, and manipulative conduct of Spy Muri. But he is just the beginning. He was joined in his statements by MP Rudi Medved, as well as the corrupt Dejan Karba, who in his text in one of the fake Odlazek media claims the same and more, spreading the lies to one of the state secretaries in Janez Janša’s cabinet.
When Spy Muri falls into his own trap
If I were a rogue such as Spy Muri, Rudi Medved or Dejan Karba, I would write the following under the evidence below:
Do you see, Spy Muri is a friend of Teodor Goznikar on his FB profile, so he agreed to send bullets and threatening letters to politicians. The media that are closer to the SDS would summarise this, and SDS MPs would talk a lot about it in the National Assembly. Because I will never be a political convert like Spy Muri, or a liar or a manipulator, I will not do that.
