Not long ago, I stated that every migration policy must include remigration. The current migration policy is too weak, vague, indifferent, and ultimately completely impotent and numb. It initially appears as leniency, then as a mistake, and if not curbed in an appropriate and adequate manner, it turns into a catastrophe.
A catastrophe of society, the environment, of civilisation itself, or at least of its achievements in the affected area – is looming. Along the geographic corridor stretching from Slovenia to the north and west of Europe, we can observe the full “spectrum” of variants, all showing a clear tendency toward catastrophe, one that is already more than evident in the catastrophic and chaotic conditions on the ground. This is most visible during sporadic, and recently even orchestrated, outbursts, acts of destruction targeting anything within reach or sight.
Migration – illegal migration – remigration. This is a process that must take place. Otherwise: decay, nonexistence.
The source of “evil” goes by the name of illegal migration. We used to hear about how this happened once, in the distant, or not-so-distant past. Much was unclear – obscured by a veil of ambiguity, fog, mystery. And in all of this, there was an undercurrent of unease we instinctively avoided and did not want to confront. If it happened in the past, it happened without us. Then came the fateful, unjustified year of 2015, and everything changed. First sporadically, then more frequently, then like a thundercloud, and finally a landslide that crushed and trampled everything in its path – fields, farms, homesteads, people, borders, both open and fenced. The rolling “ball” of migration grew to monstrous proportions, unstoppable; the best one could do was step aside to avoid being flattened. Flattened were the fields, the vineyards, the gardens; flattened was the past, our previous achievements, our civilisation, our present – and our future.
And the reaction?
Wrong. Headless. States along the route tried to become mere service stations for this relentless mass, this wave, this fluid, this wild and untamed force. All resources meant for hard times for their own people were spent, in the hope and expectation that the migrants would move on. This “hospitality” caused many “engineers” of the future to settle, and a temporary destination became permanent – along with their presence, which proved harmful and contaminating.
These “contaminators” stayed. And they waited and expected. Expected that their temporary host countries would support them – feed them, clothe them, house them in places that met a certain “standard.” Yet they themselves had no standards of any kind before arriving. These mental and behavioural time bombs – unfulfilled, threatening – grew in number and nuisance. Uninvited guests, they wanted to serve themselves. They lacked manners, lacked a civilisational filter, simply took what they wanted without asking. Their unmet expectations and the misperception that the host should become their servant blew the lid off the situation, revealing a total loss of control. And the problems? They must be dealt with – not debated endlessly. Action is needed. With tangible, expected results. Serious and conscientious.
The necessity of such action is also reflected in the resistance encountered in various European countries. Authorities tried to use dialogue to regulate the issue according to existing laws and norms. But what became clear is that the true face and intent of these illegal migrations was population replacement. Frightening. Integration was never their goal – not even remotely. Their objective was to impose their own norms on foreign soil until it became theirs. And in some ways, they are succeeding. They are taking over cities, altering lifestyles, shifting the rhythm of civilisation.
We are on the brink of a migratory and civilisational “cardiac arrest” – a kind of new-age Luddism
And I must say, even though it is far too late, that something is finally happening: a shift, an awakening. A realisation that things cannot continue like this. It has all gone too far – and in the wrong direction. Nothing is normal anymore. Nothing is healthy or recognisably European. It is unrecognisable. Ugly. Wild. Inarticulate. Pathological. And those who once counted on Europe’s softness, politeness, and indulgence are now facing a reaction from the European people – a clear expression of disagreement with the invasiveness and expansionism imposed where it does not belong. This has led to events – protests, unrest, arson, and destruction of anything standing in the way. The reaction of native inhabitants was both visible and necessary. Among the maladapted migrants, this triggered a kind of civilisational Luddism – the impulse to destroy everything they cannot possess, due to ignorance or inability to use or understand it.
The solution…
The time has come when the previously used approaches are no longer sufficient. A new, more effective, more appropriate form of governance and conduct is required. One that provides a necessary answer. That answer is: return them to where they came from – to their vast homelands where no one expects them to follow any rules or do anything they do not want to.
This is why we need a reversal of migration flows – or remigration. It will not be easy, but it is essential. We must persevere. Hesitation is a mental luxury we cannot afford under the current circumstances. Only serious, decisive, and effective action counts.
No concessions!
