Rebecca Kleefisch remains adamant that she will win her state’s Republican gubernatorial primary race on August 9th and then face off against incumbent Democratic governor Tony Evers, who is running for re-term, in November.
Kleefisch, who served two terms as Wisconsin’s lieutenant governor from 2011-2019, will continue to push for victory based on her established credentials as a conservative reformer. Evers’ ‘awakening’ programme divides Wisconsin; inflation is the highest it has been in forty years and there is no end in sight. Gasoline prices are skyrocketing, as well as violent crime, as Evers supports budget initiatives to significantly reduce the operations of the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office. Student test scores are falling, while Governor Tony Evers’ top priority remains a radical progressive agenda instead of priorities that benefit Wisconsin families and workers. In his first budget, Evers recommended the creation of a “chief equality officer” and the employment of more than a dozen “equality officers” across the civil service. He also proposed the creation of an “environmental justice office”. When lawmakers banned funding for these personal projects in the budget, Evers created them through executive action.
The last thing Wisconsin needs is more bureaucrats who will create more problems than they solve. These jobs are unnecessary, duplicative, and wasteful. But that does not matter to liberals like Evers. To appease his radical base, he wants taxpayers to fund a leftist agenda.
One of Evers’ “accomplishments” was to make the Administrative Code more “gender neutral” and to drop the terms mother and father on birth certificates and replace them with “parent” – regardless of the need to consider biology and recognise that a man and a woman are needed for the birth of a child. Evers also refuses to recognise Mother’s and Father’s Day because the gendered terms “mother” and “father” might offend someone.
In Wisconsin, a key Midwestern “battleground state”, Rebecca Kleefisch will win the general election. Kleefisch will turn Wisconsin into a state to be admired by the conservative political revolution. Glorifying America should be something our entire nation should agree on, but the foundation of this country is under attack from the left. The liberal Democrats who control the two branches of the federal government are fighting to return Washington to an age of tyranny where our inalienable rights are no longer respected. The wisdom of our founding fathers established a system of checks and balances to prevent radical factions from interfering with the God-given rights protected by the Constitution.
Despite violence and attempts to intimidate Americans into turning away from core principles, our Constitution remains strong, thanks to the decisions handed down by the Supreme Court last week. These new decisions affirm that the rule of law and our Constitution are what make America great. While the left wants to remove any image of God from the public space, the Supreme Court has once again protected freedom of religion. Now this does not mean “liberation from religion”, as authoritarian leftists want, but the free exercise of the right to live and act according to one’s conscience and religion. Government censorship and suppression of religion are anti-American.
In an interview with the Demokracija magazine, Kleefisch said she thinks Wisconsinites need a leader who will be “tough on crime”, after Evers “let Kenosha burn down” in 2020. The city of Milwaukee also saw one of the largest increases in homicides in the country between 2019 and 2021 under Evers’ leadership, according to a Wallet Hub report. Kleefisch said, “It is really unfortunate because it is the rhetoric of the police restraint movement that we know is hurting morale in police departments across the country.”
