Yesterday, on March 2, 2022, the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the Support and Integration of Migrants established a government call center, where experts from various fields will be available for explanations regarding Slovenia’s assistance to citizens of Ukraine. The call center will be open every day of the week from 8 am to 6 pm.
For calls from Slovenia use a toll free number 080 41 42, for calls from abroad use +386 1478 7530.
We have also established a special e-mail address [email protected]. Current information and contact numbers are also published on the gov.si website in Slovenian, English and Ukrainian language.
The call center will provide information about entry and residence in Slovenia, about the procedure for recognizing international protection and information on how individuals or organizations can provide financial or material assistance.
The people of Slovenia have shown their solidarity and humanitarian aid countless times. The first refugees from Ukraine have arrived in Slovenia as well, we started collecting humanitarian aid, and the response was exceptional. In recent days, the Office for the Support and Integration of Migrants has been approached by many individuals and organizations who want to help the citizens of Ukraine, including organizing various types of transport to Slovenia. Before arranging transport, we ask anyone who wishes to provide such assistance, to contact the Office for the Support and Integration of Migrants for coordination and additional information related to the arrival of citizens from Ukraine. It is the only we will be able to help everyone who needs help in an organized and, above all, fast way.
