“The MPs of the SDS party were vaccinated with the third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine last week. In the SDS party, we call on all those who have not yet gotten vaccinated to do so. By getting vaccinated, we not only help protect our own health but also the health of our loved ones,” the MPs of the largest coalition party told the public in Wednesday’s press statement.
“Ever since vaccines have become available to all, every death is an unnecessary death that could have been prevented,” the SDS MPs also said. The first to speak in a short video address was MP Alenka Jeraj.
In the video, MPs explained that they got the third, booster shot of the Covid-19 vaccine because they care about others, because they trust the medical experts, because they want to help end the epidemic, and because this is the only way to help our healthcare. They also urged everyone to do the same.
“Third, the so-called booster shot of the Covid-19 vaccine. Without any side effects. Let’s show solidarity to our fellow citizens, get vaccinated, and stop the spread of Covid-19,” said MP Dejan Kaloh. In addition to the MPs, members of the Slovenian Democratic Youth, the youth section of the Slovenian Democratic Party also got vaccinated.
