The Czech investment group PPF, owned by Czech billionaire Petr Kellner, has completed its acquisition of the Central European Media Enterprises (CME) fund, which also owns Slovenia’s leading television network group Pro Plus.
The total value of the deal has been estimated at EUR 1.89 billion.
