SDS Party Welcomes the Establishment of Parliamentary Inquiry Commission: This is How We Will Determine How Much Left Parties Have Received from the Laundered Iranian Billion in the NLB!

The Slovenian Democratic Party (SDS) welcomes the establishment of an inquiry commission to deal with the financing of political parties from abroad. Thus, we will be able to determine the share of commissions from the laundered billion of Iranian euros through the state-owned NLB bank, received by the SD, DeSUS, Zares and LDS parties, as well as what proportion of commissions were given to individuals in the leadership positions of the List of Marjan Šarec Party, how much the Croatian tycoon Branko Roglić donated to the SMC Party and the extent to which foreign capital in the Pro Plus company participates in the continuous promotion of left parties LMŠ, SMC, SD, DeSUS, SAB and Levica.

The coalition deputy groups have agreed to file a request for the establishment of an inquiry commission that will investigate the political responsibility in the financing of political parties from abroad. The coalition agreed that Jani Möderndorfer (SMC) should lead this commission.

The Slovenian Democratic Party welcomes the establishment of an inquiry commission to deal with the financing of political parties from abroad. Thus, we will be able to determine:

1. The share of commissions, from the state-owned NLB bank laundered billion of euros for Iranian terrorists, received the then government parties SD, DeSUS, Zares and LDS, which enabled the money laundering and then effectively prevented any investigation of the biggest financial scandal in the history of Slovenia.

2. The share of commissions, from the state-owned NLB bank laundered billion of euros for Iranian terrorists, given to individuals in leading positions in the LMŠ Party, since the inquiry commission in the previous term found that their closest relatives directly participated in this criminal act.

3. How many times and in what amount has Branko Roglić, Honorary Consul of Slovenia in Croatia, and yet one of the richest Croats, financially supported the SMC Party in the pre-election campaign, although this is prohibited by law. In addition, it will also be possible to determine the responsibility of the public office holder Miro Cerar, the Prime Minister back then and current Minister of Foreign Affairs, in connection with his indecisive, futile and sold policy towards Croatia regarding the vital interests of the Republic of Slovenia.

4. To what extent is foreign capital, in the Pro Plus company and its affiliates, involved in the constant promotion and election campaigns of the LMŠ, SMC, SD, DeSUS, SAB and Levica parties.
Möderndorfer Should Be Eliminated Due to Old Sins

In the SDS Party, however, they expect the president of this inquiry commission, a substitute deputy and current member of the SMC Party Jani (Janko) Möderndorfer, to be excluded from the discussion on the financing of the SMC Party from Croatia. Since, in the case of the inquiry commission on money laundering in the NLB in the previous term, he failed to put on the agenda the case of the never returned loan from the Olimpija Basketball Club, where Möderndorfer was a signatory as the Director of said club.
