Eleni Manousou is Nobu's first female head chef and she's been sharing some sushi secrets - including the correct way to eat nigiri and whether or not you should use chopsticks

If there's one restaurant where you're bound to spot a famous face, it's Nobu.

The Japanese eatery, owned by Robert de Niro, Meir Teper and Nobuyuki 'Nobu' Matsuhisa, has locations all around the world, in places such as London, New York, Malibu, Milan, Dubai, the Bahamas, Melbourne and Hong Kong.

It's fair to say they really know their stuff when it comes to sushi, so when one of their chefs says we've been making a mistake with it, we're going to heed their advice.

Greek-raised chef Eleni Manousou is Nobu's first ever female head chef, based in Marbella.
