Liam Hemsworth gets battered and bloody on set of new TV series

The Australian actor has been seen filming some gory scenes for his upcoming TV show Dodge and Miles.

Liam Hemsworth has been keeping himself busy with work as he goes through his split from long-term sweetheart Miley Cyrus.

Proving his latest project Dodge and Miles will be a an adrenaline-fuelled action show, the Australian hunk, 29, has been spotted looking battered, bruised and bloody as he filmed scenes in Toronto, Canada this week.

In order to look as if he had been in a brawl, the actor was made-up with gory make-up that successfully made it seem that he had been involved in a violent fight.

His knuckles were covered in bright red blood and the side of his face appeared to be sore with the help of prosthetic cuts and oozing wounds.
