Mick Jagger all smiles despite health scare as he vows to return to performing

Mick Jagger has been pictured looking very chipper despite his recent health scare.

The 75-year-old was forced to postpone a US and Canada tour with the Rolling Stones, which was due to start on April 20 in Miami, after his mystery illness. 

However he has since vowed to bounce back and has said he will return to performing six weeks after treatment.

In photos taken at the weekend, Mick looked very upbeat as he stood on the balcony of his oceanfront hotel in Miami Beach.

Wearing a light blue sweatshirt and a pair of joggers, Mick was seen grinning as he made the most of the warm weather at the luxury hotel.
