Burger King advert trolls McDonald’s with entire menu mocking Big Macs

Burger King Sweden has trolled its rival in the form of a new ad – adding insult to injury after the giant lost its Big Mac trademark in the EU.

The Big Mac is a McDonald’s classic, loved by fast food fans all over the world.

And earlier this month, the fast food giant lost its trademark for the Big Mac burger’s name in the EU after European regulators ruled in favour of Ireland-based fast-food chain Supermac’s. 

That basically means other companies can now use the name as well as McDonald’s.

Now a gleeful Burger King Sweden has trolled its rival in the form of a new ad – adding insult to injury.

The advert shows people going into Burger King and ordering menu items that snipe at the Big Mac, making fun of the burger.
