While most parents have to look for which educational facilities are in their catchment area, Simon can do the opposite by finding the school before ensuring he snaps a property in its locality.
Of course, when looking for a family home, Simon knows enough bedrooms is a must, so with Eric and partner Lauren Silverman to have a roof over their heads, it would seem that six bedrooms would hit the spot.
