A fire broke out at the police station in Velika Kladuša a few days ago, around 8.50 pm. The fire was caused by a migrant who sustained injuries. Three police officers were injured as well, as reported by the Avaz portal.
The police spokeswoman Snežana Galić said that on the same day the police arrested two migrants, who were rightly suspected of property theft.
The two migrants did not want to cooperate with law enforcement, so the police officers detained them. Around 8.50 pm, a fire broke out in one of the detention facilities where one of the migrants was detained.
The fire was put out around 9.30 pm by firefighters from Velika Kladuša. The police are still investigating how the fire occurred.
