Italy’s left-wing globalist government allowed an NGO ship to dock and offload 88 migrants at one of its ports earlier this week after a deal was reached to distribute them among various European countries, AP reports.

On Friday, Italy’s interior ministry confirmed that the Alan Kurdi, a ship owned and operated by the German NGO Sea-Eye, will dock in the southern Italian port in Taranto to offload the migrants.

After being pressed for days to allow the NGO to offload migrants at one of its ports, the Italian government finally agreed after France and Germany agreed to take 60 of the migrants.

Portugal agreed to take five migrants while Ireland agreed to take two.

Italy will take responsibility for the remaining 21 migrants disembarking from the ship.
